Reverse filtering possible?

I love this instant filter, thank you.  Is it possible to have the list load with no results until the user types a matching value in the filter?  I'm looking to get the fastest load time possible, and make it very obvious for the user to see what they need to do to proceed.

masterminx:

When you use this method, all of the data is loaded in the page as usual. The script just hides or displays based on what your user types in the filters. So the bottom line is that you won't be changing the load time at all if you hide all of the rows with the script.

I too am curious if this can be done. Not for load times, but other reasons. Is this possible?

Of course, it's possible. you can simply hide all the rows in the script prior to attaching to the events.
